Order Policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested. Please know we will do our best to fulfill your complete order. Please allow 7-9 business days for processing and delivery. Please contact us directly for more urgent needs or requests or for pricing on larger orders.

 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free Shipping on orders, but we have a flat shipping fee with USPS to get your bag to you as quick as possible.

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail to ensure speedy delivery. We will send you tracking info as soon as you bag is shipped.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a return for an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original condition. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note we cannot issue refunds on custom-made board bags.

 

Where should I ship my return to?

All items that are eligible for return will come with a pre-paid USPS label. Please fill out the return section of the packing slip and place inside the box with your return.

 

When will my credit card be refunded?

You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
